Nature of Incident

These two boats were seized by a Japan++ one motor boat in Deep Bày in British Waters, their cargo was put on board two lighters being towed by 9.L. KWAI HIG which were stopped by Japanese near CHEK VAI. The Japanese appearin to have forced these lighters to take the cargo to Hong Kong to sell it and bring them back the proceeds, however, the original owners reported to polies and their cargoes were recovered when the lighters arrived in Hong Kong.
